Licence and terms

Commercial policy approved 2026-09-28. These terms apply to workspace subscriptions started under this offer.

Standard subscription

The Standard plan costs $29 USD per production store per month, billed through Stripe. New workspace subscriptions include a 14-day free trial before the first charge. Development and staging stores are free and do not add seats to your subscription.

The Framer plugin is free to install from the Framer Marketplace. Connecting and operating production stores in the agency console requires an active workspace subscription. Quantity on your subscription matches your billable production stores (minimum one when you subscribe).

Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout when Stripe Tax applies; the total is shown before you pay. Shopify, Framer and any optional agent-service charges are separate.

Booking or attending a demo is free and does not authorize a charge.

What is included

Each billable production store includes the Framer plugin, AI setup skill, editable commerce components, sync tooling, the commerce runtime for your Framer project, the agency console and the starter Framer template for that store’s project, together with the setup guide published on shopcanvas.ai.

Starter template usage

One billable production store covers the starter template for one production storefront, either your own or one client’s, including its staging and preview copies and domain aliases. You may customize it and hand the same storefront to that client without another seat. A second independent production storefront needs another billable store on your subscription. Sharing or reselling the starter as a reusable template is not included.

This restriction applies to the starter template. Existing open-source licences continue to govern the files they cover; these terms do not remove or narrow those rights. Preserve included licence and attribution notices. Existing free/manual tools retain their licence rights.

Storefront independence

There is no licence-key check in the installed shopping runtime that disables cart or checkout handoff when a subscription lapses. Shop Canvas will not add a billing kill switch to an installed storefront. Without an active subscription, production stores cannot connect or sync in the agency console until you subscribe again; a published site keeps serving the versions already installed. Platform availability, valid Shopify configuration and other technical requirements still apply.

Setup support

Email support at contact@shopcanvas.ai covers installing the kit, connecting Shopify and troubleshooting the documented setup while your subscription is active. Custom design, bespoke integration, migration work, custom features and ongoing store management are separate, quoted services. The subscription price does not include a done-for-you storefront or guaranteed personal setup call.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel from Manage billing in the agency console or through the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not remove kit files already in your Framer project.

During the free trial you may cancel without charge. After billing begins, contact contact@shopcanvas.ai within 14 days of a subscription charge if you believe you were billed in error. Approved refunds for charges through Stripe are processed through Stripe to the original payment method. Payment-provider processing times may vary. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

Earlier purchases

Any purchase under the earlier $49 or $99 USD one-time Complete Kit offers retains every right promised at purchase, including lifetime kit updates and the original support and refund terms where those applied. No new purchase or subscription is required to retain those rights. Refunds for earlier Shopify kit purchases continue through the original payment channel; keep your original order details. The original support address, hello@molham.ae, remains the address recorded in those terms; you may also contact contact@shopcanvas.ai for help with an earlier order.

Optional services

No paid monitoring plan, Run subscription or seven-day pass is offered at launch. Any future optional service will describe its scope and price separately and require explicit purchase. It will not be required to keep using installed kit files under their licences.
