What counts as a production store?
A Shopify store you mark as production in the agency console — typically a client’s live storefront. Previews, staging copies and development stores stay free. Each billable production store adds one seat to your workspace subscription.
What does the free trial include?
New workspace subscriptions start with a 14-day free trial. You can connect stores and use sync during the trial. When the trial ends, billing starts at $29 per production store per month unless you cancel from Manage billing in the agency console.
Does my published storefront stop if I cancel?
No licence-key gate runs on the storefront. A published site keeps working on the versions you installed. Without an active subscription, production stores cannot sync or connect until you subscribe again.
Where do shoppers pay?
Your shoppers use Shopify-hosted checkout on the storefront you build. Shop Canvas subscription billing is separate and only covers connecting and operating production stores in the agency console.
How do I subscribe?
Create an agency account, connect a store, mark it production when ready, then start the trial or subscription from Agency billing. Booking a demo does not authorize a charge.
What about earlier kit purchases?
The licence page documents today’s Standard subscription and preserves rights for earlier one-time kit purchases. If you bought under those earlier terms, those rights still apply.
